Brian, in the billerica location, was pleasant and scheduled me for 2 days out, after spending 5 minutes dealing with my insurance company on the phone, on speaker enabling me to okay everything. Tony and Anthony came and, after a glitch with the wrong glass for my particular car, came back with the right glass and it was neatly installed in under an hour. They were really nice people and I would be happy to deal with this company again.
